Artist statement

Diana, a winner of the “People’s Choice Award” at the 2022 Arts Canterbury Art Show, creates works inspired by surreal dreams and unexpected juxtapositions, aiming for viewers to connect with moments deciphered through their private memories and imagination; she has studied art since 1993, holds a BA in Spatial Design, a Diploma in Interior Design, and runs Discoveries Art School in Ōtautahi, Christchurch.
