The Kererū earrings are handcrafted in sterling silver with a softly oxidised matt finish, creating subtle texture and depth. Designed to be worn “backwards”, their elegant silhouette offers a contemporary interpretation of one of Aotearoa’s most beloved native birds.

Dominique Crikemans works from her studio near Paparoa in the Kaipara District, overlooking the Kaipara Harbour in Te Tai Tokerau Northland. The surrounding coastline, native flora and birdlife inspire her work.
