Tracy Watson

Full time Artist and illustrator Tracy Watson selects and creates custom colours, symbols, and simplified forms referencing the landscape of her home, Motueka Tasman as well as the North Island where she grew up. Tracy has a deep relationship with her surroundings, and her work embraces the atmosphere within the colour pallet of each season and landscape she’s inspired by. Tracy has a background in design and illustration, mainly in children’s book illustrations having published her first children’s book in 2016 she continues to use her skills in her art pieces a clear illustration background can be seen in her work.
