Tracy Skelton

Initially a painter and designer, Tracy has worked in a variety of mediums including drawing, spacial design, graphics art, illustration and the craft areas. In the realm of outdoor sculpture, Tracy is known for his whimsical, naturalistic subject matter. His sculptural artworks are based on a loose brief of colour, texture, pattern and form – all derived from the use of reclaimed and found materials. These are fixed onto a solid 3D wooden base.

All art works are designed to be set in a naturalist setting.

Tracy’s work can be found in New Zealand galleries and in the homes of the lovers of unique art, both here and overseas.
