Artist statement
Greg Swinburne is part inventor, part engineer, part artist. Trained in glass design and influenced by Japanese art, gardens, ikebana and calligraphy, he lets ideas flood in, then lets art lead. He builds machines, engineers tools, all to sculpt his glass with precision and heart. He feels fortunate to pursue what he’s truly passionate about.
