Artists statement

Kyoko Asada graduated from art school and worked as a shoe designer in Tokyo, Japan. She found her passion for pottery when she was 27 years old, but put it aside while she focused on raising three children. Now with a little more free time, she is dedicated to creating beautiful and functional pieces for everyday-use that she hopes will bring joy.
