Jocelyn Friis’ semi-abstract land and seascape paintings emerge from a deep connection between creativity and nature, using acrylic and encaustic to translate intuition and emotion into layered, expressive works. Balancing spontaneous mark-making with thoughtful refinement, her art invites viewers to pause, reflect, and experience the healing, transformative power of both nature and creative expression.
