Delivery Costs
Shipping is charged on an order weight/size basis and delivery location. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout when adding your address. You will see your order total and delivery cost.
Delivery Times
Our online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. There may be delays on Public Holidays.
New Zealand couriered items will usually be delivered to the address specified within 2 – 5 working days.
Tracking
Your order will be sent with Aramex Courier delivery service. Once the order has been collected by the courier, you will be notified by Aramex of your track and trace number.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery is not available to P.O. boxes.
Courier Damages Product
Please check all goods on receipt before signing. The White Sail Gallery cannot be held responsible for items broken in transit. Please send us photos of the packaging, courier docket and damaged items within, this must be done as soon as possible.
The White Sail Gallery will contact the courier company directly to resolve any claims.
International Shipping
The White Sail Gallery currently ships within New Zealand and Australia. For deliveries to Australia, please note that any applicable duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient, as these charges are determined by local customs authorities.
We also offer international shipping by request, with costs calculated based on your location. If you’d like to arrange a shipment to a country outside of our standard delivery zones, please email us at [email protected] with your address and phone number, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the details.
