The White Sail Gallery Ltd Refund and Returns Policy
Faulty Item
Faulty goods may be returned to The White Sail Gallery. In the first instance The White Sail Gallery reserves the right to repair or replace faulty goods. Store credit or gift voucher will be offer if the item is unable to be repaired or replaced. The White Sail Gallery will cover the return shipping cost for a faulty item.
Change of mind
Please choose carefully as we have a non return policy if you change your mind. If you don’t like an item when you receive it , it is at the discretion of The White Sail Gallery to accept an exchange or credit the item. Please advise us within 3 days of receiving the item and the item will need to be return within 14 days of purchase.
All we request is that you cover the cost of returning the goods to us and send them back in the same original condition they were sent to you. We will then work with you to find a suitable replacement or credit the item.
Items not entitled to a refund
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items that have been damaged by the customer should not be returned and will not be accepted. There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items or layby items.
Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any of the following Proof of Purchase documents, original tax receipt/invoice or bank statement showing transaction total and date of purchase.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
